The Oriana Project
The Oriana Project is a charity seeking to bring new opportunities to physically disabled, orphaned and vulnerable children in Kenya.
I worked closely with the Executive Director in redesigning the charity's logo and branding and also icons to represent the charity's key objectives. These featured in a bespoke brochure and set of business cards for the Executive Director to take to fundraising events for guests to take.

Project:
Restoring nature in the city
This visual was designed for a study that asks: "Could we imagine a scenario where London’s unplanned outer fringe becomes an orbital landscape of regional importance - where a more rational, sustainable and productive relationship between nature and the city can be restored?"
The visual suggests how the city fringes could include community farming, forest schools, regenerative agriculture and rewilding of the landscape.

Marlborough College
Project:
Marlborough Science Block and Innovation Centre
Marlborough College commissioned Allies and Morrison to design a new Science Block and Innovation Centre on campus. I was asked to design an identity for the new block that would feature on the college website, printed material, prospectus, exhibitions and signage.
The brief was to create a series of bespoke icons for each 'theme' taught at the college. Many innovators have passed though Marlborough College, including textile designer William Morris, steam engineer Nigel Gresley and many more. It was important to Marlborough College that the icons were representative of their work.
I worked closely with the College's Director of Marketing and Communications in selecting one well known innovator for each theme, whereby an icon would be drawn to represent their particular innovation or design. The secondary icon for each theme would be something more generically representative of a subject, to ensure the theme itself is not misconstrued.

Project:
Women's Literacy and Healthcare Centre, Rajapur
The Mannan Foundation Trust is a non-profitable organisation and registered charity in the UK. I worked closely with one of the founders in developing a new identity for the charity, and an identity for the Women's Literacy and Healthcare Centre project, the charity's first architectural venture.
I developed a logo that represents the intended equality of Rajapur men and women, showing them side by side along with icons for the charity's key objectives - healthcare and literacy. I went on to generate a suite of icons based on members of the local community, including men, women, children and elderly citizens. I researched the style of clothing worn by local people, including colours and patterns and used my findings to design bespoke icons that represent this unique community.

Thamesmead Waterfront Vision
These visuals were designed for the Thamesmead Waterfront Vision submission. The vision focusses on a renewed purpose for Thamesmead as a home/work town. It shifts the idea of Thamesmead being a commuter town that serves London, to being a place of itself. In the light of the Covid 19 pandemic, many people have had a chance to re-think their work/life balance, and have sought new homes away from the city that offer more generous living space and access to countryside.

This is an illustrative Masterplan for the submission for a large project in the Middle-East. The brief was to create a beautiful, detailed, textural illustration using tones and colours representative of the local landscape and setting.
I worked with a 3D team in obtaining topographical data, contours, shadows, aerial photography and 3D building model. I spent much time considering each plant species and their colour, shape and texture and constructed a series of bespoke brushes, patterns and textures in Adobe Photoshop based on individual plants. I modified these to contain effects and automations that controlled rotation, positioning, spacing, alternating density and colour. This enabled me to draw with these elements, using a stylus or cursor, and populate the landscape with ease.
